Safety 

Please never fully cover your pram or capsule. By fully covering your pram or capsule it can reduce air circulation and increase temperatures to a intense heat inside.

Make sure you have plenty of openings for airflow. 

Babies must not be wrapped if sharing a sleep surface (including bed-sharing). 

Wrapping and placing babies on the back provides stability and helps to keep babies in the recommended back position.

Being wrapped and placed on the tummy is associated with a greatly increased risk of SIDI’S and should always be avoid. 

When wrapping baby, allow for hip flexion and chest wall expansion. Ensure baby is not over dressed under the wrap, has the head uncovered and does not have an infection or fever.

Discontinue wrapping baby as soon as baby shows signs of attempting to roll over.

We use Australia Post Tracked Parcel delivery so you can keep an eye on when delivery is expected. Australia Post deliverytimeframes state standard delivery time frames of 3-7 days from dispatch.

International Shipping

Due to unknown delivery timeframes and the potential forcurrent delivery delays, our international shipping isconsidered on an individual case by case basis. Damaged/Faulty Orders

Here at Ford and Jones co we take great pride in providing high quality items. However, on the rare occasion that something isn’t quite right, and your items are damaged or faulty in some way, please make contact and we'll make it right. Ford and Jones will follow all legalities in accordance with Australian Consumer Law with faulty products. Just email hello@fordandjones.com as soon as possible (within 7 days of receiving your order) with the details of the item and the damage/fault. We may ask you to send the item(s) back to us - but if we do, we'll arrange and pay for this. We'll then replace the item for you, or if we can't replace it, we'll either refund you in full or offer you a store credit.

Want to return something?

We know that sometimes people change their mind about a purchase or have ordered an incorrect size. If you've changed your mind about your purchase, or have ordered an incorrect size, let us know by emailing hello@fordandjones.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

We'll get you to return your purchase to us, via Australia Post Tracked Mail (at your expense) and we'll then set up a credit or exchange for you. Refunds are not offered for changes of mind. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the original packaging (with tags still on the item, if applicable).

Cost of shipping Returns

The cost of shipping a return/exchange back to us is the customer's responsibility.

Shipping costs of your original purchase are non-refundable. The cost of shipping is deducted from your exchange amount. We may also charge for shipping exchange items out to you. ( does this need to be specific i.e. If shipping is not already factored into the price we will require you to pay for this shipping also?)

Timeframes

When you send us an item for exchange or return, we will process your replacement or exchange, or have your credit ready for you within 7 days of receiving your return.

Limits on Returns Policy

• Our returns policy is limited to 7 days after you have received your item.

• Sale items are not able to be returned or exchanged due to

change of mind, or incorrect sizes.
